In order to set up a white label with SpringServe, there are a few simple steps involved in the DNS setup:

  • First off, you need to decide what you'd like the domain to be – e.g. "example.com" would mean your whitelabel UI would be under "console.example.com", and the supply tag endpoints would contain "vid.example.com"
  • Next, SpringServe will add a zone entry on our side
  • Once we add that entry, we will provide you with the nameserver entries to enter into your DNS system
  • Lastly, after those nameserver entries are complete on your side, we have a few updates on our end before things are ready to go (e.g. add to the SSL cert, update UI stylesheets, etc)
  • No labels
